Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for unworn and unused items.
To initiate a return, please contact us at londiajewelry@gmail.com with your order number within five (5) days of delivery, and return the item(s) to us within 14 days of delivery (items must be received by our studio within 14 days from the delivery date).
Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
Due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

Items purchased during promotional events
Return Conditions

All items must be returned in brand new, unworn, and unused condition.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. We are not liable for lost or uninsured return shipments. We strongly recommend using a trackable and fully insured shipping method.
